2. Account & Access
Important: Per-Exam Access Model
Access is granted per exam, not platform-wide. Purchasing one exam does NOT grant access to other exams. Each exam requires a separate purchase.
- Individual Use Only: Each account is for individual use only. Accounts cannot be shared with others.
- Single Account Policy: One account is permitted per user. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Credential Security: Sharing login credentials, access tokens, or account details is strictly prohibited.
- Session Management: One active device session at a time is enforced for security purposes.
- Access Non-Transferable: Purchased access cannot be transferred, resold, or gifted to another user.
3. Device & Location Tracking
To prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access, we may collect the following information:
- Login IP Address: Your IP address at the time of login
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser
- Geographic Location: Country or region of access (derived from IP)
- Session Data: Login timestamps and session duration

5. Free Access & Paywall
- Free access is limited to approximately 10% of total questions per exam (maximum 20 questions)
- Free questions are fixed and cannot be changed, reset, or refreshed
- Exam Simulation mode requires paid access
- Accuracy tracking and weak area analysis require paid access
- Any attempt to bypass restrictions will result in immediate access termination
6. Pricing & Access
Pricing is per exam:
- Prices are clearly displayed before purchase. No hidden charges.
- Access is granted immediately after successful payment.
- GST is applicable for users in India as per Indian tax law.
- 3-Month access expires automatically after 3 months from purchase date.
7. No Pass Guarantee
Disclaimer

- Exam success or passing
- Certification achievement
- Employment or salary outcomes
- That questions will appear on actual exams

8. Intellectual Property
